What exactly is a Digital Detox Workshop?

Who is this program designed for?
This program is designed specifically for teenagers between the ages of 13 and 19. It is suitable for all teenagers — whether they are heavily addicted to screens or simply spending more time online than they should.
What does my teenager need for the online session?
- A laptop or tablet — not a mobile phone
- Stable internet connection
- A quiet, private space
- Earphones recommended for better focus
Is this a therapy session?
No. This is a wellness and awareness workshop — not a therapy or counselling session. It focuses on education, self-awareness, and practical tools rather than clinical treatment.
What will my teenager actually learn in these 2 hours?
They will learn — how screens affect the brain, sleep, and mood; how to identify unhealthy digital habits; simple and practical tools to manage screen time; how to be more present in real life; and how to build a healthier relationship with technology going forward.
Will there be activities or is it just a lecture?
It is fully interactive. The session includes group discussions, self-reflection activities, awareness exercises, and engaging tools — not a lecture-style class.
