What is Grief Retreat

A gentle space to pause, feel, release and reconnect with yourself. There are experiences we carry long after the moment has passed. Sometimes the mind understands, but the heart still feels heavy. Sometimes the emotions cannot be put into words, yet the body continues to hold them.

The Experience

  2. A Structured Journey: Participants are guided through a carefully designed pathway: Arrive → Ground → Understand → Feel → Express → Release → Reconnect → Integrate.
  3. Mind-Body Connection: The retreat combines emotional awareness with body-based practices so participants can explore both what the heart is carrying and how the body is responding to it.
